What you will do
- Collaborate with product managers, sales, and customers to define and prioritize actionable product roadmaps.
- Lead discovery and research initiatives to validate user needs and identify improvement opportunities for design tools.
- Manage and refine the product backlog, including user stories and defect prioritization within agile scrum teams.
- Coordinate with platform teams to ensure roadmap alignment and integration across the broader ecosystem.
- Support product launches and adoption by working closely with sales and marketing teams.
- Contribute to both strategic vision and hands-on execution to ensure alignment between customer outcomes and technical delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in civil engineering design, specifically in roads, highways, rail, or land development.
- Hands-on experience with Autodesk Civil 3D and civil infrastructure design workflows.
- Strong understanding of AECO industry practices and familiarity with design tools like AutoCAD.
- Ability to interpret analytics and contribute to roadmap prioritization.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with technical users and business stakeholders.
- Must be based in Canada.
Nice to have
- Experience or interest in platform architecture and cloud solutions.
- Knowledge of industry standards such as IFC 4.3 or ISO 19650.
