What you will do

• Design and build scalable backend services for identity, authentication, and authorization.
• Collaborate with product, security, and engineering teams to define the IAM roadmap.
• Ensure high uptime and performance for critical identity infrastructure.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 5+ years of experience in large-scale distributed backend systems.
• 2+ years of experience in security-sensitive domains like IAM, Privacy, or Anti-Abuse.
• Technical proficiency in authentication protocols such as OAuth2, OIDC, and SAML.
• Experience with authorization models like ABAC, RBAC, or ReBAC.
• Proficiency in a general-purpose programming language, preferably Go.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud infrastructure including Kubernetes, CI/CD, AWS, or GCP.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
