What you will do
- Handle inbound calls from prospective clients interested in debt settlement and consolidation.
- Build rapport and trust to understand client financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Conduct timely follow-ups and outbound calls to manage the sales pipeline.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions within the CRM.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to improve processes and reach company goals.
Requirements
- Fluent in both Vietnamese and English (verbal and written).
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles.
- Strong organizational skills and experience using CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Must be located in Vietnam and able to align with U.S. business hours.
