What you will do

• Perform independent, high-quality social compliance and human rights audits focused on labor practices, health and safety, and ethical sourcing.
• Review documentation and prepare thoroughly for each site visit.
• Deliver clear, professional audit reports in English that are accurate, timely, and actionable.
• Communicate findings respectfully with facility management and emphasize solutions and continuous improvement.
• Verify corrective actions and support supplier development.
• Uphold UL’s Code of Conduct and maintain strict confidentiality.

Requirements

• Location: Must live near a major airport due to high travel requirements.
• Territory: Pacific Northwest Territory (WA, OR, ID, NV, CA).
• APSCA CSCA certification is required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills; must be able to deliver audit reports in English.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% within the identified territory.
