What you will do

• Own the editorial engine and content strategy across the website and external platforms.
• Design and operate the brief-to-publish pipeline, including LLM prompts, QA gates, and human-edit checkpoints.
• Execute AEO and SEO strategies to ensure brand visibility in AI answer engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini.
• Enforce strict E-E-A-T and YMYL compliance standards for all financial content.
• Manage a direct report and a freelance bench while maintaining personal editorial output.
• Track citation presence and organic growth metrics to hit conversion targets.

Requirements

• 7+ years in content and editorial roles with 3+ years leading SEO-driven programs in fintech, insurtech, or marketplace brands.
• Must be based in the US to align with company operations and benefits.
• Proven experience shipping real AI-assisted content pipelines in production.
• Hands-on expertise with LLMs, SEO tools (Semrush/Ahrefs), and analytics (GA4).
• Deep understanding of YMYL (Your Money Your Life) content requirements and accuracy standards.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating editorial judgment, voice, and measurable organic growth results.
