What you will do

• Design and synthesize small molecules with optimal properties using medicinal chemistry expertise.
• Partner with Biology, Computational Science, AI, and Machine Learning teams to accelerate discovery.
• Manage CRO partnerships to optimize library synthesis and compound production.
• Stay current with cutting-edge chemistry techniques and automation trends to address technology gaps.
• Analyze and present chemistry and SAR data at internal and external meetings.
• Draft invention disclosures, publication manuscripts, and technical lab reports.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of post-PhD experience in organic or medicinal chemistry.
• Proven track record in synthetic organic chemistry and lead optimization techniques.
• Experience with molecular modeling and computational tools for bioactive molecule discovery.
• Ability to design and implement multi-step synthesis and characterization of complex molecules.
• Strong drive for collaboration and innovation in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex scientific data.
