Salary: $220,000 - $270,000 USD

What you will do

• Design and build partnership infrastructure including deal registration, channel-conflict detection, and partner hierarchies.
• Develop and maintain Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow automation following house standards.
• Build integrations between Salesforce and partner-ecosystem systems like AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Configure partner-facing portals with appropriate sharing and visibility models.
• Utilize Claude and internal AI tooling as a core part of the build and code-review workflow.
• Partner with DevOps on release management, including sandbox strategy and source control.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to San Francisco or New York City.
• Hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, SOQL, LWC, Flow) in a production environment.
• Experience building partner/channel functionality such as deal registration or partner portals.
• Fluency with SFDX, source-controlled metadata, and sandbox-to-prod release processes.
• Active use of AI-assisted development tools and ability to verify their output.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with sales, finance, and engineering stakeholders.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications.
• Advanced Administrator or Application/System Architect certification.
• Cloud-marketplace integration experience (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Familiarity with partner-specific integration platforms like Workspan.
