What you will do

• Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and OmniStudio.
• Lead application architecture across Sales, Service, Field Service, and Experience Clouds.
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, maintainable code.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and optimize application performance and reliability.
• Collaborate in Agile Scrum ceremonies to refine technical requirements and plan solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and promote Salesforce best practices and DevOps processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 7 years of IT experience, including 6+ years of Salesforce development.
• Proficiency in Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, LWC, OmniStudio, and JavaScript.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, SSO, and DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, JIRA).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government clearance.
• Must be based in the continental US; sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, or App Builder).
• Experience with ETL platforms like MuleSoft or Informatica Cloud.
• Previous experience supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs or other federal agencies.
