Salary: $120,467 - $162,984 per year

What you will do
- Design, document, and build Salesforce functionality including configuration and customization.
- Partner with the Lead Salesforce Engineer to define solutions aligned with industry best practices.
- Implement new features and enhancements using established development standards.
- Collaborate with QA engineers to support functional and performance testing.
- Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and proactive issue detection for integrated applications.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide domain expertise to support team growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a Salesforce engineering environment.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Proficiency in Apex, JavaScript, LWC, and integration technologies like REST/SOAP.
- 3+ years of experience with integration technologies such as Java, Kafka, or messaging queues.
- Strong ability to troubleshoot complex issues across Salesforce and connected systems.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience with Marketing Cloud or Financial Services Cloud.
- Salesforce Administrator and Developer certifications.
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
