What you will do
- Lead full-funnel campaign execution and optimization across social, programmatic, and display platforms.
- Develop testing frameworks and scaling strategies to unlock sustainable growth across diverse audiences.
- Drive innovation through automation and tooling to streamline workflows and ensure flawless execution.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Oversee new client onboarding to align deliverables with strategic goals.
- Collaborate with account management, product, and analytics teams to translate plans into performance outcomes.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience managing high-volume, direct-response digital advertising campaigns.
- Proven success managing 7-8 figure annual budgets across multiple platforms and geographies.
- Deep understanding of performance metrics including CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and LTV.
- Strong experience in programmatic and social media buying.
- Advanced knowledge of conversion tracking setup, including GTM, SDKs, and pixels.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, and web technologies like HTML and JavaScript.

- Experience with marketing automation tools or custom bidding algorithms.
- Exposure to API integrations or data visualization platforms.
