What you will do

  • Lead full-funnel campaign execution and optimization across social, programmatic, and display platforms.
  • Develop testing frameworks and scaling strategies to unlock sustainable growth across diverse audiences.
  • Drive innovation through automation and tooling to streamline workflows and ensure flawless execution.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Oversee new client onboarding to align deliverables with strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with account management, product, and analytics teams to translate plans into performance outcomes.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience managing high-volume, direct-response digital advertising campaigns.
  • Proven success managing 7-8 figure annual budgets across multiple platforms and geographies.
  • Deep understanding of performance metrics including CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and LTV.
  • Strong experience in programmatic and social media buying.
  • Advanced knowledge of conversion tracking setup, including GTM, SDKs, and pixels.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, and web technologies like HTML and JavaScript.

Nice to have

  • Experience with marketing automation tools or custom bidding algorithms.
  • Exposure to API integrations or data visualization platforms.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, startup-style environment.
