What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers and partners, resolving requests and providing regular updates.
• Manage daily planning, resources, documentation, and vehicle updates to ensure smooth operations.
• Analyze performance and report on KPIs and SLAs to secure service quality.
• Develop and organize operational documents and training manuals.
• Train and onboard new members of the US operations team.

Requirements

• Prior experience in customer-facing roles, personnel training, or logistics.
• Must be located within a 30-45 minute commute to the hirify.global office in downtown Austin.
• Proficiency in Google Suite; experience with Slack and Jira is a plus.
• Demonstrated interest in electric and autonomous transport and sustainability.
• Safety-focused mindset and clear communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working with autonomous vehicles or commercial fleets.
• Experience as a trainer or instructor.
• Valid US passport and a major credit card in your name for international travel.
• Experience in technology or automotive operations.
