Location: Remote. Must be comfortable working U.S. business hours.

What you will do

  • Lead daily conversations and maintain high engagement within the private Slack community.
  • Act as a connector by introducing members based on their goals, industries, and interests.
  • Coordinate and execute high-quality events including retreats, dinners, and meetups.
  • Conduct regular member check-ins to identify engagement gaps and prevent churn.
  • Track participation levels and member activity to report insights and improve the overall experience.
  • Manage feedback surveys and turn actionable data into community improvements.

Requirements

  • Strong spoken English (clear, neutral, US-friendly) and excellent written communication skills.
  • Proven experience in community management, customer success, or relationship management.
  • Experience coordinating events or member experiences.
  • Must be comfortable working U.S. business hours.
  • Reliable remote work setup.
  • Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a customer-first approach.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing communities on Slack.
  • Familiarity with Typeform for survey management.
  • Experience working with U.S.-based clients.
  • Background in events or membership communities.
  • Based in LATAM or Africa.
