What you will do

• Lead and mentor the community team, planning tasks and ensuring high-quality interactions.
• Manage and grow the Reddit community while engaging with users on Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Organize and streamline workflows for handling user feedback, reviews, and ratings on third-party platforms.
• Track key engagement metrics and prepare regular reports for marketing and leadership teams.
• Collaborate with SMM, SEO, and Brand teams to maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Launch and scale UGC activities to encourage users to create and share content about products.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in community management.
• Proven experience leading a team and building community strategies.
• Hands-on experience with Reddit, Discord, forums, and social media platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with engagement and rating metrics.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required.
• Proficiency in tools for managing social media and user feedback.
