What you will do

• Build and execute a community engagement strategy for a global audience of educators and learners.
• Manage and nurture an active community across social and owned platforms.
• Lead community programs such as ambassador initiatives, trainings, and events.
• Partner with marketing, product, and social teams to align on messaging and campaigns.
• Monitor community health, engagement metrics, and sentiment trends to inform product strategy.
• Contribute to community-facing content and storytelling that highlights impact and use cases.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in community management or social media.
• Experience working with education, educators, or edtech communities.
• Familiarity with gaming or game-based learning platforms.
• Strong understanding of community engagement strategies and best practices.
• Experience using data and insights to inform decisions and optimize performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience managing ambassador or creator programs.
• Experience planning and executing community events or activations.
• Familiarity with community tools and analytics platforms.
