What you will do

• Build and maintain data extraction pipelines to monitor operational risk across global markets.
• Collaborate with operational teams to understand systems, processes, and data flows.
• Develop a centralized KRI framework and oversight tool for performance monitoring.
• Refine metrics and thresholds to ensure data remains meaningful and actionable.
• Gain exposure to the full trade life cycle, from execution to settlement.
• Work directly with senior management on high-profile governance and scalability initiatives.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Must be based in São Paulo for the duration of the internship.
• Strong analytical mindset with comfort working with data and identifying patterns.
• Proficiency in Excel and high attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for documenting work and flagging issues.
• Proactive, self-starting attitude with the ability to manage deadlines.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SQL or Python.
• Interest in financial markets, operational risk, or hedge fund infrastructure.
