What you will do

• Manage and maintain group treasury accounts and ensure their effectiveness.
• Control portal access and permissions for key stakeholders to ensure business continuity.
• Scale operations by correctly setting up new entities from a treasury and finance perspective.
• Provide support to Settlements, Trade, and Support teams.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with vendors.
• Implement new tools and enhance risk/control metrics, including KRIs, KPIs, and SLAs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in financial services, specifically in treasury, onboarding, or payments.
• Professional background in a reputable and high-growth bank or fintech.
• Knowledge of various financial instruments and core treasury/finance functions.
• Experience in risk and control management.
• Proven expertise in delivering change and continuous improvement.
• Must be based in Brazil or the Philippines.

Nice to have

• Strong data analysis skills with knowledge of SQL, Excel, and/or Python.
• Experience in project management, leadership, and relationship management.
