What you will do

• Analyze complex business requirements to create comprehensive test strategies and plans.
• Design and develop detailed test cases for complex functional use cases and scenarios.
• Execute manual and automated tests to validate application logic and identify software defects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams on shift-left testing and automation reuse.
• Document and track product defects with detailed reproduction steps and expected results.
• Contribute to quality engineering best practices and communicate project status to management.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in development or quality engineering.
• Strong proficiency in creating and executing manual and automated test cases.
• Experience with mainframe and front-end application testing, including functional, regression, and integration tests.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Tricentis Tosca, Cucumber, Selenium, and Python.
• Knowledge of BDD/TDD frameworks and Agile/DevOps methodologies (CI/CD, Jira, qTest).
• Experience using prompt engineering in generative AI for testing purposes.
