What you will do

• Lead the localization and execution of Global Shark Ninja Marketing strategies for the Mexican market.
• Own the full GTM process, including product positioning, pricing, and retail readiness.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing marketing team in Mexico.
• Oversee 360° integrated marketing across owned, earned, and paid channels, with a heavy focus on Amazon and Mercado Libre.
• Establish correlation models between marketing investments and point-of-sale (POS) performance to drive evidence-based budget decisions.
• Manage the annual marketing budget, including re-forecasting and agency production costs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of marketing experience at a multinational beauty or personal care company.
• At least 3 years of experience in a regional or functional marketing role specifically in Mexico.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Proven expertise in managing 360° digital marketing (Amazon, Mercado Libre, TikTok, Meta, Google) with demonstrable ROAS improvement.
• Strong analytical capabilities in attribution modeling and performance dashboards (e.g., Google Analytics, Circana).
• Must be based in Mexico City; willingness to travel to HQ as needed.
