is recruiting for an eCommerce brand focused on scaling consumer products through performance marketing.
What you will do
- Develop and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display) to increase traffic and profitability.
- Manage Amazon Seller Central operations, including keyword research, listing optimization, and monitoring marketplace performance.
- Build and execute Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns to drive eCommerce growth.
- Create and manage email marketing lifecycle campaigns using tools like Klaviyo and Mailchimp.
- Track and analyze cross-channel metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA) to provide actionable growth insights.
- Coordinate with the client team on seasonal promotions and new product launches.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns.
- Strong proficiency with Amazon Seller Central and advertising tools.
- Experience running Facebook/Instagram ads and email marketing platforms.
- Must be based in Colombia, Mexico, Costa Rica, Argentina, or Brazil.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (C1).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to act on complex performance data.
Nice to have
- Experience scaling D2C or fast-growing consumer product brands.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or other paid media channels.
- Strong copywriting skills for ad creatives and email campaigns.
- Knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.
