Location: Romania, Bucharest or Timisoara. Work arrangement: Hybrid. A valid visa for Romania is required.

What you will do

• Provide first-line support for Microsoft Azure incidents and service requests.
• Troubleshoot technical issues using documentation, knowledge articles, and established support processes.
• Collect and analyze logs, diagnostics, and other information to support issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate ticket updates and technical documentation.
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers with clear findings and supporting evidence.
• Collaborate with customers and global teams to deliver timely resolutions and share knowledge.

Requirements

• Experience in IT support, systems administration, cloud support, or infrastructure-related environments.
• Troubleshooting experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Windows Server, networking, virtualization, Linux, or other cloud platforms.
• Analytical problem-solving skills and a structured approach to incident investigation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• English and Romanian are required.
• Interest in technology and cloud computing with a growth mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
• Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) certification.
