Location: Remote (USA)

Salary: $77,270 – $113,322

Global provider of water and hygiene solutions specializing in water treatment chemistries and monitoring systems.

What you will do

  • Oversee the administration of employee leaves (FMLA, ADA, Disability, Parental, Military) via a third-party administrator (TPA).
  • Manage the full spectrum of LOA and accommodation requests and advise employees and management on eligibility.
  • Partner with HRBPs and Benefits teams to handle escalations and coordinate leave benefits.
  • Perform administrative tasks including document review, file maintenance, and data entry.
  • Coordinate return-to-work processes to ensure smooth transitions for employees and management.
  • Produce and manage reporting metrics and analytics for leave cases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR, payroll, and/or benefits administration.
  • Functional knowledge of HIPAA, FMLA, ADA, USERRA, STD, and LTD.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Prior leave management experience.
  • Experience using Workday.
