Compensation: $147,900 – $203,000 (based on geographic tier).

What you will do

• Own the analytics layer for hardware and supply chain KPIs, including revenue, COGS, inventory, and warranty metrics.
• Establish audit-grade data products with locked definitions, full lineage, and documented change-management processes.
• Migrate legacy reporting stacks to a unified Databricks platform using dbt and Unity Catalog.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, and Data Engineering to ensure data integrity across ERP and logistics systems.
• Drive self-service reporting adoption among business partners to reduce manual reporting overhead.
• Represent the analytics function in external audit cycles, ensuring controls and traceability are fully documented.

Requirements

• 7+ years in analytics or BI, with 3+ years specifically in Hardware, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing.
• Must be based in the US (excluding specific states listed in the location section).
• Expertise in SQL and dimensional modeling for operational and financial data.
• Proven experience building executive-level reporting that withstands external audit scrutiny.
• Hands-on experience with dbt and modern data platforms (Databricks preferred).
• Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between technical data work and executive business needs.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite/ERP, Fivetran, and Python.
• Familiarity with semantic layers and AI-assisted SQL modeling tools.
• Experience building a hardware data contract from scratch in a high-growth environment.
