What you will do

  • Serve as the primary contact for onboarding new customers and training platform end-users.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers’ business challenges to drive continuous value.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and Data Science team to translate insights into actionable success strategies.
  • Craft customer engagement strategies that promote long-term retention and loyalty.
  • Gather customer feedback to help the product development team refine the platform.

Requirements

  • Proven record of success in customer-facing roles within tech, SaaS, or B2B organizations.
  • Strong analytical abilities and comfort working with data to uncover insights.
  • Experience in creating and delivering onboarding and training programs.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to negotiate and build rapport.

Nice to have

  • Background in the data analytics or business intelligence industry.
  • Customer-first mindset with a proactive approach to solving problems.
  • Proficiency in using data and analytics tools to inform success strategies.
