What you will do

• Develop detailed kitchen layout drawings and 3D models using Revit.
• Prepare comprehensive technical documentation including plans, elevations, and sections.
• Ensure all designs comply with industry standards, building codes, and client specifications.
• Collaborate with designers and project managers to refine and finalize design concepts.
• Maintain and update Revit families for kitchen components such as cabinets, appliances, and fixtures.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to verify the accuracy of shop drawings.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines
• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Drafting, or a related field.
• Proven professional experience in drafting kitchen layouts using Autodesk Revit.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen design standards, ergonomics, and materials.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and translate them into detailed kitchen plans.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software.
• Experience with modular kitchen systems and custom cabinetry.
• Knowledge of MEP coordination within kitchen layouts.
• Familiarity with rendering tools for presentation purposes.
