What you will do

• Design fire sprinkler systems using AutoCAD, Revit, and MEP software.
• Estimate project costs and prepare take-offs via Planswift and Excel.
• Ensure designs meet New York City Building Codes and applicable standards (NFPA, etc.).
• Review architectural and mechanical plans to develop system layouts.
• Collaborate remotely with project managers, contractors, and clients.
• Perform hydraulic calculations and system optimization using Fire Elite.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in fire sprinkler design and estimation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Planswift, Excel, and Fire Elite.
• Strong familiarity with New York City Building Codes.
• Must be based in Philippines, Dominican Republic, or Peru.
• Working hours: 9 AM – 5 PM EST (Monday to Friday).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
