What you will do

• Download and process large product catalogs via CSV and XML formats.
• Import 50,000–500,000+ SKUs into Shopify within a 48-hour window using Matrixify.
• Configure titles, descriptions, variants, images, and pricing with high accuracy.
• Implement and maintain automated daily inventory and pricing synchronization.
• Publish product catalogs simultaneously across Shopify, Amazon, and other sales channels.
• Ensure consistent data quality and platform synchronization.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines.
• Proven experience managing large-scale supplier catalogs in Shopify.
• Advanced proficiency with Matrixify or equivalent bulk import tools.
• Experience syncing product data across Shopify, Amazon, and other marketplaces.
• Ability to provide proof of past work involving large-scale catalog management.
• High attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
