What you will do

• Manage and mentor a team of 10–15 FinCrime Analysts.
• Oversee daily performance, ensuring productivity, quality, and adherence to SLA expectations.
• Conduct regular 1:1s, team meetings, and performance reviews.
• Challenge existing processes and procedures to drive continuous improvement.
• Identify and raise awareness of unusual trends in performance or fraud patterns.
• Act as a primary point of contact for law enforcement agencies regarding criminal investigations.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Spanish (C1+ level) required.
• Must be able to work from the Mexico City office.
• 1+ years of experience managing a team of 5+ FTEs.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with internal teams, outside counsel, and regulators.
• Demonstrated sound judgment and solution-oriented mindset.
