What you will do

• Design and build applied AI/ML solutions including forecasting, anomaly detection, and LLM-based workflows.
• Independently develop end-to-end proofs of concept to validate AI ideas and demonstrate business value.
• Partner with data engineering to harden, scale, and integrate prototypes into production systems.
• Define success metrics and perform evaluations to ensure model reliability and business impact.
• Analyze operational data to identify high-value opportunities for AI-driven automation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate operational challenges into technical requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in analytics, data science, or AI/ML engineering.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience building and deploying ML or AI solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL with experience writing maintainable, tested code.
• Proven ability to build end-to-end prototypes independently including data wrangling and modeling.
• Experience working with large datasets in modern platforms like Databricks.

Nice to have

• Production experience with generative AI, LLM APIs, RAG systems, or agentic workflows.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices such as MLflow, CI/CD for ML, and model monitoring.
• Experience in operational, services, or asset-heavy business environments.
• Track record of driving tool adoption and change management within business teams.
