Salary: $190,000 – $235,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Drive a cohesive end-to-end Operations product vision across Implementation, Delivery, Customer, and Supportability lanes.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of Product Managers.
• Redesign internal workflows and automate processes to increase operational leverage and quality.
• Partner with Engineering, AI/Data Science, and Applications teams to translate business priorities into measurable outcomes.
• Manage executive stakeholders and guide portfolio-level tradeoffs in ambiguous, high-dependency environments.
• Integrate practical AI and automation approaches where they provide the most value compared to process changes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Management experience, including direct management of PMs.
• Proven track record owning internal tools, operational systems, or technical platform products.
• Demonstrated success in redesigning workflows to improve scale and efficiency.
• Strong executive stakeholder management skills and ability to influence senior partners.
• Comfort engaging in architecture-level conversations and technical tradeoff discussions.
• Must be based in the United States.
