TL;DR
Head of FP&A: Own end-to-end financial performance narrative across the group and lead Financial Planning & Reporting, Business Partnering team to transform complex data into actionable insights. With an accent on building scalable FP&A processes, operating financial models, and strategic business partnering. Focus on periodic reporting, planning cycles, variance analysis, and evaluating unit economics for global growth.
Location: Work from modern offices in Kaunas, Vilnius (Lithuania), or Indonesia, the comfort of home, or anywhere in the world.
Salary: €6,000–€8,000 gross per month (discussed individually based on experience).

What you will do
- Define roles, hire, mentor, and retain high-performing FP&A talent while fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
- Ensure single source of truth for financial data, assumptions, and reporting with integrity and auditability.
- Lead periodic reporting to management, board, and investors including variance analysis and drivers.
- Own end-to-end planning cycle: annual budget, quarterly targets, monthly forecasts with governance standards.
- Develop dynamic operating financial model and rolling forecasts reflective of business realities.
- Design business partnering function to support senior leaders across commercial, product, and operational teams; monitor performance and build business cases.
- Implement automations and tools to scale FP&A processes and reduce inefficiencies.
Requirements
- 5+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or relevant field.
- Proven track record building and leading high-performing teams.
- Experience running full FP&A cycle (reporting, budget, planning) with board-ready materials.
- Strong business acumen, financial modeling, forecasting, scenario analysis.
- Self-starter with ownership mindset and business-partnering mentality.
- Results-oriented, innovative attitude comfortable in fast-paced environment.

- Familiarity with unit economics (LTV, ARPU, MRR, NRR, contribution margin, ROI, payback).
