What you will do

  • Lead daily conversations and maintain high engagement levels within the Slack community.
  • Act as a connector by introducing members based on their goals, industry, and interests.
  • Plan and execute high-quality events including retreats, dinners, and meetups.
  • Conduct regular member check-ins to identify engagement gaps and prevent churn.
  • Track participation metrics and analyze feedback to drive actionable improvements.
  • Maintain a professional, upbeat, and welcoming tone across all member interactions.

Requirements

  • Strong spoken English (clear, neutral, US-friendly)
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Must be comfortable working U.S. business hours
  • Proven experience in community management, customer success, or relationship management.
  • Experience coordinating events or member experiences.
  • Reliable remote work setup.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing communities on Slack.
  • Familiarity with Typeform for survey management.
  • Experience with U.S.-based clients.
  • Background in events or membership communities.
  • Based in LATAM or Africa.
