What you will do

• Execute scheduled tire performance tests including dry/wet stops and ride and handling evaluations.
• Prepare vehicles, instrumentation, and tire setups to ensure accurate test conditions.
• Deliver timely and high-quality test reports within one day of execution.
• Maintain performance databases and develop technical procedures and work instructions.
• Communicate technical findings and tire behavior observations to supervisors and engineers.
• Support cross-functional projects, including remote testing coordination and track monitoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
• Must have 2+ years of experience in mechanical or automotive engineering.
• Practical experience in signal processing and advanced instrumentation.
• Strong focus on vehicle dynamics and control systems.
• Performance or professional driving experience is preferred.
