What you will do

• Coordinate daily production activities to ensure adherence to specifications, schedules, and quality standards.
• Monitor output volume and quality, adjusting equipment set-ups and tasks to maximize efficiency.
• Supervise and train production staff on operating procedures, safety protocols, and GMP standards.
• Manage personnel actions including hiring, performance management, and scheduling.
• Prepare production reports to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Maintain sterile conditions and perform aseptic processing within cleanroom environments.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Allentown, PA.
• Bachelor’s degree OR Associate’s degree with 2+ years of supervisor experience OR High school diploma/GED with 5+ years of supervisor experience.
• Full working knowledge of relevant manufacturing business practices and procedures.
• Ability to work 3rd shift (10pm-7am, Monday-Friday).
• Experience with personnel management, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
• Ability to perform light physical work including standing, walking, and lifting up to 20 lbs.
