What you will do

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Programme Manager in a large-scale organization.
• Ability to work onsite in Nottingham 2-3 days per week.
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to challenge senior stakeholders.
• Experience managing complex budgets and multi-team programmes.
• Ability to build trust quickly and foster cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical skills to understand business needs and identify practical solutions.
