What you will do

• Define, scope, and drive the delivery of large-scale, org-wide technical programs from kick-off to launch.
• Partner with Engineering and Product leaders to align cross-functional strategy across finance, legal, and compliance teams.
• Develop and implement program management frameworks, KPIs, and success criteria to ensure project goals are met.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks while proactively proposing technical solutions.
• Drive process improvements to enhance team productivity and operational efficiency.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the hiring process for the TPM organization.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, or technical program management.
• Proven track record of independently managing complex programs across the full software development lifecycle.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for building consensus among senior stakeholders.
• Experience operating autonomously across multiple disciplines and time zones.
• Customer-focused mindset with a deep understanding of how technical functionality delivers user value.
