What you will do

• Partner with Product and Design to define and execute the long-term roadmap for Figma Weave.
• Hire, manage, and develop a high-performing team of engineers, including staff-level contributors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to expand the application of AI in creative problem-solving.
• Foster a positive, inclusive team culture through mentorship and active community engagement.
• Establish accountability and trust across the organization to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Contribute to the strategic growth and scaling of the engineering organization.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in engineering management leading and hiring teams.
• Proven ability to think strategically about engineering and product roadmaps.
• Hands-on technical background with experience building complex products and systems.
• Exceptional cross-functional communication skills with Product, Design, and Marketing teams.
• Track record of motivating, mentoring, and guiding senior-level engineers.
• Must be able to work from the Tel Aviv office and attend in-person onboarding.
