What you will do

• Perform regular equipment checks, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Repair and rebuild packaging machinery including case packers, sealers, and conveyors.
• Execute welding, fabrication, and pipe fitting for air, water, and hydraulic systems.
• Ensure proper start-up and shut-down procedures for plant equipment.
• Train mechanical and production personnel on equipment operation and safety.
• Maintain accurate logs and adhere to all safety and hygiene regulations.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Quincy, WA.
• Proficient in English (verbal and written).
• Thorough knowledge of mechanical systems, plumbing, and basic mechanical skills.
• Proficiency in welding mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varied temperature environments.
• Experience with solid state electronics and PLC systems.
