What you will do

• Research and perform fact-finding to define system scope, objectives, and requirements for NDS IT technology direction.
• Conduct gap and current-state analysis; design, prototype, test, and define support procedures and implementations.
• Develop and maintain test plans and manual/automated test scripts for functional, interface, and user acceptance testing.
• Create test scenarios, expected results, acceptance testing criteria, and perform post-implementation validation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and the Product Owner to evolve the product backlog around goals and objectives.
• Support documentation updates and user guide creation, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or commensurate experience.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Quality Analyst, or detailed working knowledge of multiple system functions.
• Working knowledge of Agile and experience in a collaborative, team-based development environment.
• Good working knowledge of tools including word processing/spreadsheets, STAR, Velocity, SQL, Crystal Reports, Snowflake, and SAP CMC (plus Inspire Interactive CCM).
• Ability to obtain a security clearance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.

Salary: $55k - 80k annually
