Location: hirify.global Vancouver Campus, Vancouver, BC, Canada (Onsite)

Salary: $5,120 - $7,356 CAD Monthly

What you will do

  • Assist in developing, maintaining, and expanding the Indigenous Cultural Safety curriculum and related educational programming.
  • Coordinate administrative operations including systems management, facilitator recruitment, budget tracking, and project management.
  • Support community engagement, collaboration meetings, and research evaluation activities.
  • Manage Learning Management System functionality and provide learner support.
  • Create training materials, promotional content, and maintain operational manuals.
  • Collaborate with internal units to ensure compliance with policies and support strategic planning.

Requirements

  • Location: Must work onsite at hirify.global Vancouver Campus, Canada
  • University degree in a relevant discipline with minimum two years related experience or equivalent.
  • Commitment to equity, diversity, inclusion, and Indigenous cultural safety principles.
  • Experience working with Indigenous communities and knowledge of Indigenous health and cultural safety.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and WordPress.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with tact and diplomacy.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Indigenous health, Indigenous studies, or related field.
  • Experience in educational programming development and facilitation.
  • Indigenous research experience and social media navigation skills.
  • Experience managing budgets and operational tracking systems.
