Salary: $56,400 – $79,700 CAD

What you will do
- Complete field-based tasks assigned by Claims Advisors to assist in claim investigations and settlements.
- Interact directly with vendors, insureds, and witnesses to gather information.
- Prioritize and manage a personal workload to meet service level agreements and productivity targets.
- Identify and manage risks, escalating non-standard or high-risk transactions as necessary.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant with regulations, and reflects business intentions.
- Provide support during CAT (Catastrophe) events and contribute to operational excellence goals.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience in the insurance or claims industry.
- College or University degree.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to travel with limited notice to support customer needs.
- Intermediate knowledge of insurance practices and regulatory requirements.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Nice to have
- Bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset.
