Salary: $107,400 - $161,200 USD

What you will do

• Manage daily staffing, scheduling, and sample run workflows to meet department goals.
• Oversee training for new hires and provide ongoing coaching and performance evaluations.
• Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Document nonconformance reports and assist in initiating and completing CAPAs.
• Collaborate with interdepartmental teams including OPS, Engineering, and R&D.
• Act as the primary point of contact for lab operations in the manager's absence.

Requirements

• Must be based in San Carlos, CA
• 2+ years of experience as a Medical Technologist or equivalent in a clinical laboratory environment.
• BS/BA degree in Medical Technology, Biological Sciences, or a related field.
• Current MT/MLS/CLS certification (ASCP, AMT, or AAB) is preferred.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to work with little supervision.
• Experience in Molecular Biology, GMP, and QSR.
