What you will do

• Oversee daily medical department operations and patient care within an opioid treatment program.
• Administer methadone as prescribed and assess patient dosing appropriateness.
• Manage lab operations and supervise the medical assistant and phlebotomy teams.
• Maintain accurate patient dosing records and manage medical supply inventory.
• Coordinate patient care with physicians and various community providers.
• Conduct internal program reviews and ensure compliance with regulatory and accrediting standards.

Requirements

• Valid RN nursing license in the state of employment.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Minimum of one year of experience in substance abuse treatment and administration.
• Advanced knowledge of medication-assisted treatment (MAT).
• Proven leadership, supervisory, and teaching skills.
• Proficiency in basic computing and office equipment.
