What you will do

  • Manage and support a team of 4 Quality Coordinators and Associates, including performance feedback and onboarding.
  • Analyze QA findings and clinical documentation to identify patterns and report trends to leadership.
  • Maintain quality audit data and dashboards to provide real-time visibility into team performance.
  • Execute the quality program by delegating workstreams and tracking follow-through on identified issues.
  • Route recurring quality issues to training program owners for intervention.
  • Reinforce clinical standards and documentation expectations through audit-based feedback and coaching.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of quality assurance experience, including 2+ years of direct team management.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Experience in healthcare quality, audit, or compliance roles.
  • Strong data collection, trend identification, and reporting skills.
  • Proven ability to provide structured feedback and manage team workloads.
  • Familiarity with remote workflows and clinical quality tracking tools.
