What you will do
- Manage a team of 20-25 clinical quality assurance technicians to meet operational and quality standards.
- Track and evaluate staff performance metrics, implementing process improvements to drive efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with FDA, CMS, and Joint Commission regulations across clinical operations.
- Facilitate staff development, coaching, and training to foster a high-performance culture.
- Manage escalation and recovery processes in a high-volume service environment.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning and resource management.
Requirements
- Must have current valid RN licensure (IL, TX, or CA), paramedic/EMT-P license, or CCT certification.
- Minimum 4 years of management or supervisory experience in healthcare services or clinical settings.
- Proven experience managing large teams and high-volume operations.
- Strong knowledge of FDA and healthcare regulatory standards.
- Proficiency in workflow automation tools and performance dashboards.
- Ability to work on-site in Deerfield, IL as required by business needs.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a Quality Assurance process.
- Background in cardiac monitoring or related cardiology fields.
