What you will do

• Manage a team of 20-25 clinical quality assurance technicians to meet operational and quality standards.
• Track and evaluate staff performance metrics, implementing process improvements to drive efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, CMS, and Joint Commission regulations across clinical operations.
• Facilitate staff development, coaching, and training to foster a high-performance culture.
• Manage escalation and recovery processes in a high-volume service environment.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning and resource management.

Requirements

• Must have current valid RN licensure (IL, TX, or CA), paramedic/EMT-P license, or CCT certification.
• Minimum 4 years of management or supervisory experience in healthcare services or clinical settings.
• Proven experience managing large teams and high-volume operations.
• Strong knowledge of FDA and healthcare regulatory standards.
• Proficiency in workflow automation tools and performance dashboards.
• Ability to work on-site in Deerfield, IL as required by business needs.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in a Quality Assurance process.
• Background in cardiac monitoring or related cardiology fields.
