TL;DR
Edit Assistant (Post Production): Manage content from acquisition through delivery in a fast-paced post-production environment with an accent on complex media workflows, technical deliverables, and deadline-driven operations. Focus on HD/UHD/HDR execution, creating AAFs and EDLs, preparing sessions (including Baselight preps), and maintaining rigorous right-first-time quality while troubleshooting and supporting editors.

What you will do
- Provide hands-on support across post-production operations and drive smooth day-to-day workflow.
- Support the production lifecycle by assisting editors before, during, and after production to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage complex entertainment and sports media projects under high-pressure conditions.
- Execute technical workflows across HD, UHD and HDR, including conform and dynamic relink.
- Create technical deliverables for the audio team, including AAFs and EDLs.
- Prepare content for online and grading sessions, including meticulous Baselight preps, and perform rigorous QA at every stage.
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience as an Edit Assistant in a fast-paced post-production or broadcast environment.
- Advanced working knowledge of Avid Media Composer and proficiency with tools such as Adobe Premiere and Baselight.
- Experience with Nexis, Interplay, and modern media management systems.
- Strong understanding of current video standards, codecs, and cloud-integrated post-production workflows.
- Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative, can-do mindset.
- Excellent time management, clear project status reporting, and resilience in high-pressure environments.
