What you will do

• Shoot and edit long-form and short-form video content for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Manage technical production including camera, lighting, and audio setup.
• Direct talent and crew during shoots, including high-profile celebrities and contributors.
• Develop creative video formats and track social trends to maximize reach and engagement.
• Design thumbnails and optimize content for various digital platforms.
• Collaborate with Content Directors and Social Media Leads on output and planning.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in video production.
• Strong hands-on shooting and editing skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with Premiere Pro being essential.
• Experience working with talent and high-profile contributors.
• Deep understanding of social media best practices and YouTube channel management.
• Must be based in London to support on-location filming.

Nice to have

• Experience with Adobe Photoshop.
