• Create social-first videos for LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
• Direct and shoot content with creators, founders, and internal spokespeople.
• Shape the brand's social presence through skits, product drops, and campaign teasers.
• Apply motion design elements to enhance video quality and engagement.
• Collaborate with the social team to iterate on creative concepts and video direction.
• Manage the end-to-end editing process with a focus on high-quality, platform-native output.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York City or London.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid format (3 days in office).
• Strong video editing portfolio demonstrating taste and social-first experience.
• Proven ability to shoot and direct content with a unique point of view.
• Deep understanding of organic social media formats and platform-specific engagement strategies.
• Proficiency in motion design tools such as After Effects or Figma.
• Seasoned mentality with the ability to work independently and ship high-quality content.
