What you will do
- Manage avatar processing, finishing, and release workflows within the post-production pipeline.
- Utilize and develop proficiency in AI tools like Claude and generative image models to accelerate production.
- Perform editing, color grading, and compositing using DaVinci Resolve and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Maintain rigorous organizational standards for data backup and asset security.
- Collaborate with London-based Marketing and Sales teams for production shoots.
- Consult with clients to scope avatar needs and provide technical solutions.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in post-production, VFX, or technical production roles.
- Proficiency with DaVinci Resolve for editing and color grading.
- Experience with Photoshop for retouching and asset preparation.
- Practical experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, or DALL-E 3.
- Strong organizational skills and a systematic approach to technical workflows.
- Must be based in or able to work hybridly in London.
Nice to have
- On-set production experience involving camera operation or lighting.
- Audio engineering skills and Pro Tools proficiency.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Basic programming skills, specifically in Python.
