What you will do

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for AI and LLM-based systems.
• Design agentic architectures and multi-agent orchestration patterns.
• Shape early-stage engagements through scoping, solutioning, and pre-sales support.
• Provide technical validation and quality oversight across concurrent projects.
• Define integration strategies including RAG, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
• Establish MLOps and LLMOps practices to ensure production readiness.

Requirements

• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in AI architecture or engineering with production deployments.
• Deep expertise in LLMs, agent frameworks, API design, and orchestration.
• Strong cloud engineering and MLOps/LLMOps capability.
• Hands-on software engineering background with Python.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK without restriction.
• Willingness to travel and work on client sites for extended periods.
