What you will do

• Lead the implementation of policy research and evaluation services for DG HOME and other European Commission bodies.
• Manage the full lifecycle of projects, from preparing winning proposals and tenders to ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Provide intellectual leadership and day-to-day steering for project teams, ensuring methodological rigor.
• Conduct and oversee complex qualitative and quantitative analyses.
• Draft comprehensive reports and deliver presentations to high-level clients and stakeholders.
• Provide line management and mentoring to internal team members to enhance company capability.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in law, political science, economics, social sciences, or public policy.
• 8-10 years of professional experience in research, analysis, and evaluation within the European context.
• Proven track record of winning and delivering research contracts for the European Commission or national governments.
• Expertise in developing research methodologies (quantitative and qualitative) or impact assessments in home affairs.
• Fluency in English and at least one other European language.
• Must hold the right to work in Belgium or be eligible for visa sponsorship.
